HON. AMBROSE DERY KICK-STARTS HIS 2022 DEVELOPMENT AGENDA FOR HIS CONSTITUENCY

The member of Parliament for NANDOM Constituency AMBROSE DERY (MP) has begun the new year with a series of activities as part of efforts to continue the development of the area.

The MP had engagements with institutions and other interest groups within the municipality to discuss issues of development and to address some concerns. They included:  the Ghana Education Service, the Ghana Health Service, the National Identification Authority, the Agriculture Service Directorate, the Assembly members, and some Youth groups.

He also inspected the construction of the Municipal Education directorate office complex at Danko, a Kindergarten school block at Naapaal, and a staff common room at Duotang school. In the view of the MP, education is central to any other developmental need. This is why he is poised to support the sector in order to achieve the needed results.

That notwithstanding, a series of interventions were made to address some health concerns in the municipality and also to motivate staff of the hospital to improve health care delivery within the Municipality

Rural Electrification, Road Construction, Human Empowerment, and more importantly Security according to him will all continue to get considerable attention this year. He solicited support for government policies such as the National Identification registration, the Sim Card re-registration, the ongoing Covid 19 vaccination, and the newly introduced E-levy.

He also commended the MCE for Nandom and the entire Assembly in the discharge of their duties so far
